The 2008 COOLAdvantage and WARMAdvantage
programs are offered through New Jersey's Clean
Energy Program and provide cash rebates to the
consumer.
The program has new qualification guidelines for
heating and cooling equipment purchased on
June 1, 2008 and later. It is important to note that
these guidelines have changed from previous years.
